✨Women Who Will | Event Series
TikTok brought together their women-identifying creators in four cities across the US: Los Angeles, Washington DC, New York City, and Austin to connect and share their stories about what it’s like to be a female-identifying creator. Each event opened with an inspiring panel of esteemed women in different industries who imparted words of wisdom and offered relatability to all who attended.
✨Celebrating Hispanic Culture
The Hispanic Culture Resource Group of East West Bank hosted an evening full of networking, delicious food and beverages, and fun engaging activities.
This was an opportunity for their leaders to connect 1-on-1 with other EWB employees.
✨ Championing Women
An inspirational networking event highlighting the women of East West Bank while celebrating International Women’s Day.
The event was very purpose driven with tackling tough topics in their educational panel. Also, a great opportunity to connect on a deeper level with other associates from different departments who don’t normally get to interact. Developing more meaningful bonds and starting important conversations.
✨EVENTUP: Amplifying Their Voices
This month we had two new podcast episodes showcasing amazing women in business: Venita McLemore from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Virginie De Visscher, from Destination Canada.
A top purpose of our podcast is to help highlight diverse and women top professionals. It is such a pleasure for us to be surrounded by such amazing leaders, entrepreneurs, boss ladies, and all the brilliant women in business that are making a change for a more inclusive and equal world. ˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗

5 Key Takeaways from the 2023 WBENC National Conference
The 2023 WBENC National Conference included three amazing days full of networking, connections, and insights at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN. Over 4000 people attended the event to support certified woman-owned businesses.
We enjoyed the brilliant ideas and positive energy shared during the first day of conferences, and we are grateful for all the wonderful people who swung by our booth.
