Leadership Excellence Award
The Leadership Excellence Awards Dinner Gala is the high point of the year. Always an elegant evening, it is the night we honor the change-makers: in business, public office, diversity, and inclusion. Always do it in style. The event actually encompasses two awards, the Leadership Excellence Award (LEA), and the MBE Input Committee-hosted Corporation of the Year Award (COTY).
As the world gets smaller, it becomes clearer than ever just how interdependent we are and how much value inclusion brings to the table. The Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (SCMSDC) has been instrumental in advancing these realizations and breaking down old barriers to success.
