TikTok hosted a multi-day summit in Santa Monica to mobilize their team members from across the country, refresh the way they work, and build connections with each other.
The daily surprise & delights wowed the team members and helped rejuvenate the group energy for the rest of the day.
Team members enjoyed the stunning beachfront views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Pier throughout the daily meetings and meals.
They loved meeting collaboratively and building relationships that aided work productivity.
